I'm sorry but I'm a nutritionist and the foods and drinks that Katrina labels as "the best for you" are often bizzarre! Red wine has antioxidants, has been proven to be heart-healthy, and has less calories than champaign. I love your fitness advise, but in general all of the nutrition advise is misleading.

two tips1. don't stand with your hands togethe in fron of your body, it makes for a very awkward stance.2. Don't adjust your dress during the live performance, also very awkward.3. Try smiling.
